Intro Into Art
My name is Alison Marie H. I am a student at Laguardia Community College. This semester will be my 3rd. I am a nursing student, with a passion for art. When I am not studying, I unwind by painting, mixing colors, drawing, ect...Art history became very interesting to me in my senior year of high school. In that class we learned how art has developed over time, the different types of art, how to describe a piece of art by its texture, colors, ect... and we learned to appreciate art for it's beauty and quirks. I am excited to begin Professor Harmon Intro to Art class. I hope to take away from the class a better vocabulary for art, to refresh myself of the timeline of art, and to enjoy the art we will examine.
